We stand behind every Buck & Cast shirt. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right — simple as that.

WHAT WE COVER

We will replace or fully refund your order if:

Your shirt arrives damaged or defective
- The print is faded, misaligned, or not as shown
- You received the wrong item or wrong size
- Your order was lost in shipping

Just email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

WHAT WE DON'T COVER

Because every Buck & Cast shirt is custom printed specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for:

Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size (please check our size guide before ordering)
- General wear and tear

EXCHANGES

If you'd like a different size, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to sort it out.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once your return or replacement request is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
